If the selected workshop/s is cancelled by Ballarat Permaculture Guild, all registrants will be offered a full refund, or credit toward a different workshop, at their discretion.
Refunds where registrant withdraws:
No refund will be issued to a registrant who withdraws less than three full working days before the date of an event or workshop.
If you cancel your participation four days or more before the date of an event or workshop, a booking fee of $10 or 10% of fee paid (whichever is greater) may be deducted from your refund.
The Ballarat Permaculture Guild Executive (Convenor, Treasurer & Secretary) has the authority to waive or vary this policy in exceptional circumstances, determined on a case by case basis.
Cancellation of workshops:
Workshops will be cancelled if there are fewer than 5 people registered and paid 48hrs prior to the workshop.

You will receive a confirmation email when we can confirm your payment.IMPORTANT: When making a direct deposit into the BPG account by online transfer or by depositing a cheque or cash at a branch of the Bendigo Bank, please use your surname and initial as the reference line as well as an abbreviation of workshop title, so that we know the money came from you. With multiple people paying in the same amounts, we rely on the reference line to let us know who has paid what. (Please also keep a Bendigo receipt, in case we need to confirm who paid what!)
