 WANT A PERMABLITZ?
IMG 0930compressed

We have had a number of people express interest in a permablitz this year. Permablitzes offer so many rewards – it’s a fabulous day of conversation, learning, connection, and of course progressing your landscape design. From acreage to a small back yard, laying irrigation pipes, to weeding and everything in between, it’s a great skill share opportunity in a friendly environment. Children are always welcome as they are the permies of the future! If a blitz appeals to you, simply email us at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. to submit an expression of interest and we will work with you to assist you in your day being a great success.

International Permaculture Day 2014 Picnic Celebration

Sat, May 3rd - 1130am (after the swap) to 3pm

May 4th is International Permaculture Day.  BPG is celebrating it by having a BYOpicnic after BCG's Monthly Produce Swap on May 3rd.  So come celebrate International Permaculture Day 2014 with us after the May swap at the Ballarat Community Gardens!  There's a great sandpit and playground that has just recently been put in.   Come for the swap and stay on for the picnic.  Or just come for the picnic which should start around 1130 after the swap. We might even fire up the pizza oven if there is a demand! What better place to celebrate International Permaculture day then amidst the very productive gardens of BCG.
